Delete your data

You can ask Stiled to delete your data at any time. You do not need a Stiled account, and this covers what we hold from messaging us on Instagram, by text or on our website.

Email us

Email privacy@stiled.app with the Instagram account, phone number or email you use with Stiled, and say you want your data deleted. We may need to confirm it is you, usually with a message from your phone number or Instagram account.

If you have a Stiled account, sign in and use your account page.

What happens

We delete your account data from our systems within 30 days, including your photos, saved items, try-on images, conversation history and any copy of something you shared with us. Copies in backups, logs and our service providers' systems expire on their own schedules, as our Privacy Policy explains. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it first from billing.
