Getting started
What is Stiled?
A fashion shopping assistant that lives in iMessage and Instagram DMs (@stiled.app). Tell it what you want and it finds pieces you can try on and buy.
Should I text or use Instagram?
Whichever you like. Text Stiled in iMessage, or DM @stiled.app on Instagram. It’s the same Stiled either way.
Do I need a photo to start?
No. Just text or DM what you’re looking for.
How does it work on Instagram?
DM Stiled a post, a story or a screenshot. Tap to add it to your Wishlist.
Wishlist & Edits
What’s the Wishlist?
Everything you save from chat, in one place on stiled.app.
What are Edits?
Folders inside your Wishlist. Sort your saves into Edits on the site, like “Wedding guest” or “Work.”
Try-ons, credits & Pro
How much is a try-on?
1 credit per try-on, even a whole outfit.
How do I get credits?
You get 3 free try-ons before making an account, and 12 welcome credits when you make one. After that, 1 free credit a day, up to 7.
What if I want more?
Buy more credits anytime, or get Pro for 25 credits a week. See Pricing.
Sizing
Will Stiled ask for my size?
Only when it needs to, and only for brands it supports.
Your account & privacy
How do I log in?
Your phone number and a code we text you. Nothing else.
Is my profile public?
Not unless you turn it on. When it’s on, people with your link see your profile, Wishlist and Edits. Never your body details or sizes.
What happens to my body details?
They’re used only for try-ons and never shown on your profile. You can delete them anytime. More in our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Delete your account anytime and your photos, measurements and messages go with it. Payments run through Stripe, which keeps its own record of your purchases for tax purposes.
How do I stop messages?
Text STOP anytime.
How do payments work?
Payments go through Stripe. For billing questions, email billing@stiled.app.
